The Landscape, 2017
Series of 3, Inkjet print on Archival Paper
600mm x 400mm

This series of work is to address the recognition of the minority group living in Hong Kong.

These images were taken on a Sunday at Victoria Park in Hong Kong where the silhouette of the Muslim costume constitutes the landscape.

Occupying about 10 percent of the working population, foreign domestic helpers are still considered as the minority.  With the lack of space or restriction in some interior areas, they can only gather at wherever possible. Once every week they become the significant majority in the area because they were never considered.
